What is Therapeutic Yoga? 

We create a customized yoga sequence that is rooted in research, science and traditional yogic practice, to help address the needs of our clients which could include physical and mental health ailments, recovery from injury, chronic pain / chronic illnesses or emotional balancing. We incorporate yoga props to make the session precise and supportive, which includes bolsters, blankets, straps, blocks and sometimes massage tables, specialized yoga chairs etc. 

What is Fitness Training? 

We create a customized fitness plan to help support our clients goals - which could be improved movement, balance, coordination, flexibility, improved walking gait and posture. Long term goals can include cardiovascular exercise, and interval training for Diabetes prevention or assistance with Metabolic syndromes. 

What is Qi Gong?

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese series of slow, graceful standing movements designed to help improve circulation, blood flow, relaxation of the nervous system, and overall well being of the mind and body. 

What is Conscious Breathing?

Conscious Breathing is creating awareness around inhalation and exhalation to help regulate the nervous system. We have a variety offerings that range from Jin Sin Do Japanese breathwork to the 6 Healing Sounds for supporting the internal organs. The breathe work is easy and accessible for any age or ability. Sometimes simply hearing the sounds related to the breathe work training are enough to have an impact on students.
